This website is owned and operated by AltaVia Travel, Sh.p.k. (hereafter, "AltaVia" or “AVT”), a fully-licensed and -accredited travel services firm based in Prishtina, Kosovo.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY as they represent a BINDING CONTRACT ("Agreement") between you, the User, and AVT. By accessing this website, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO AND SHALL GOVERN USE OF THE ALTAVIA WEBSITE ONLY. OTHER AVT SERVICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO SEPARATE SETS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Reasonableness. By using this website, you agree that the limitations of liability and exclusions spelled out in this Agreement are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

LOCATION. This website is operated by AltaVia Travel from its offices in Prishtina, Kosova. AVT makes no representation that the information on this website is appropriate for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this website from other locations do so on their own initiative, at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

PRIVACY. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that AltaVia may use information you provide to us as described in our Privacy Policy [link].

INFORMATION AND DATA SECURITY. No service provider, including AltaVia, can guarantee the security of personal information and sensitive data transmitted via the Internet. When using this website (or any other), do not e-mail or otherwise transmit any personal or confidential information unless you can confirm that appropriate and certified electronic security applications are in use.

ARBITRATION. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of altaviatravel.com or AVT's services in general shall be settled by binding arbitration in Prishtina, Kosova in accordance with the civil and commercial arbitration rules of the European Union's 2008 Mediation Directive. All claims against AltaVia Travel must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the traveller's scheduled return; shall be arbitrated on an individual basis; and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Both parties agree to seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction necessary to protect the rights or property of either party pending completion of arbitration.

CHOICE of LAW. Any claims relating to the information or services available on this website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosova.

UNENFORCEABLE PROVISIONS. If any provision of this Agreement is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

VIOLATIONS. AltaVia reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law in exchange for violations of these Terms of Use.

AVT’s failure to act with respect to any failure by you or others to comply with these Terms does not waive AVT’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures.

The Terms above represent the entire understanding and agreement between you, the User, and AltaVia.
