Where is my
reservation number?

Your reservation number is the six-digit alphanumeric code (i.e., it contains letters and numbers) located in the upper right hand corner of your AltaVia flight confirmation. This number can also be found on the ticket itself, ...(where?)

Reservation numbers/codes are sometimes referred to as a "PNRs" or "Record Locators."

If you can not locate your reservation number/PNR, please contact your AltaVia agent.

checkmytrip is NOT case-sensitive. In other words, it does not matter if the letters in your PNR are entered in upper or lower case.

Errors / Misspellings

PLEASE NOTE that your last name needs to be spelled exactly as it appears on your reservation (or ticket). Do not enter your first name or other information in this field.
