This website is owned and operated exclusively by AltaVia Travel, sh.p.k. (hereafter, 'AltaVia').

This notice explains AltaVia's electronic communications and data collection practices. It also explains the choices visitors to our website can make about the way we collect and use personal information and/or other sensitive data.

The privacy and security of our clients is of utmost importance to us. For your protection, we have put into place a number of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

1. No other company has or will be granted access to the server(s) hosting AltaVia's domain, altaviatravel.com.
   
   
2. As a general rule, any information you might choose to share with AltaVia -- be it by e-mail or via an online form that is part of our website -- will be treated as strictly confidential.

It is sometimes used by our staff to help improve our site's functionality and/or performance. 5. We use return e-mail addresses primarily to answer e-mails we receive. You will not be added to a mailing list unless you have specifically requested this. 6. On some pages, you may be presented with the option of purchasing an AltaVia product or service, requiring use of a credit or debit card.
   
   
   • Written credit/debit card authorization is required before we can process any such transaction. This authorization must be on file with AltaVia in order to process your transactions. Complete instructions for filing your authorization can be found here [link].
     
   • Information collected by AltaVia during the transaction process will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
   • AltaVia employs special encryption technology to protect the integrity of all online transactions that require the transmission of sensitive data. If you have questions about this technology, do not hesitiate to contact us by phone or email.
   
   
7. As a matter of policy, minors (under the age of 18) who wish to contact or otherwise do business with AltaVia must do so through their legal guardians.
